How we work with our clients across our services and the Ads Platform.

Getting started

We start after agreeing on a written quote that sets the services, duration and amount.

Payment

As set out in the quote; the platform subscription starts after payment.

Platform subscription

• Each company gets a private page on its own link for the subscription period.
• Usage allowance is calculated from the amount paid.
• When the period or allowance ends, the page is locked temporarily; your files and content stay saved and reopen on renewal.

Approval and publishing

• Nothing is published without your approval from your page.
• You edit the design and text yourself before approving, and choose when it goes live.
• Once approved, you are responsible for the published content.

Your files and content

You confirm you have the right to use the images, logos and files you upload; we use them only to serve you.

Social accounts

We link your accounts with your permission and you can unlink them at any time. We follow the platforms’ policies and do not guarantee specific reach or sales figures.

Design rights

Usage rights for designs made for you are set out in the quote.

Cancellation and refunds

As set out in the quote.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
